A St Patrick's Institute of Education full-time Diploma offers young adults a great alternative transition from school to career, or even a fast-track into university. No ATAR is required, VET Student Loans as well as Smart and Skilled funding (for students in the NSW metro area) and a variety of payment options are available, and after just 40 weeks of study over 95% of our full-time Diploma graduates seeking full-time employment step straight into their first jobs - many of them on starting salaries of between $40 and $45k per annum.
Our tailored curriculum is designed to augment the standard delivery of these qualifications, with a focus on providing our graduates with tangible and practical business skills so they can hit the ground running. The results speak for themselves, with many of Sydney's top business firms seeking to employ our graduates on an exclusive basis.

Aimed at providing students with coaching throughout their studies to identify their chosen career path, the dedicated St Patrick's Job Placement Program also includes training in job applications, presentation skills and interviews, as well as a week long work placement in the industry of the student's choice. We believe this is the key to our graduate career success, and we have a well-connected Career Partners network with some of Sydney's top firms across a broad spectrum of industries such as legal, accountancy, health, property management, transport, travel and business.
DOUBLE DIPLOMA, DOUBLE YOUR CHANCE OF CAREER SUCCESS
Savvy St Patrick's students are also taking advantage of the ability to enhance their career prospects by undertaking a combined full-time 40-week Double BSB50215 Diploma of Business / BSB50415 Business Administration. This approach gives students the options of majoring in human resources or events management, and provides them with a solid foundation of business skills which will set them apart from other candidates in the increasingly competitive graduate job market.
Choosing to attend St Patrick's to study a vocational education Diploma doesn't mean that university isn't an option. We've had many success stories of our graduates using their Diplomas of Business and Business Administration as a platform to entry into a Bachelor of Business degree. St Patrick's Institute of Education currently partners with the University of New England (UNE) to provide our Diploma graduates with the opportunity to continue onto higher education through an online Bachelor of Business, and with Notre Dame University to provide a pathway to a Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Accounting degree.
